Every two years, the Missing Footprints Foundation takes the opportunity to thank and recognize a nurse, caregiver, or other individual for their compassion and care in working with grieving families. Our 2006 recipient was Joyce Lung, RN from Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City. Please submit your nominations for this award in a short paragraph telling us why you think this individual should be considered for the Missing Footprints Foundation Compassion Award. The deadline for all submissions is by October 15th, 2008. You can submit your nomination via email by clicking here or by mailing to the foundation. Volunteers and nurses from hospitals are encouraged to nominate co-workers.
